What does Gorgias charge on top of the plan?
- Ticket overage: every ticket beyond your tier costs $0.36 to $0.40, and a ticket counts whether or not a human answers it.
- AI Agent: $0.90 per interaction billed annually or $1.00 monthly, on top of the ticket fee.
- Growth in volume: peak season can push you into overage or the next tier.
Because AI interactions and tickets are billed separately, the same conversation can carry both a ticket charge and an AI charge.
What does Gorgias cost for 5, 10 and 25 person teams?
Gorgias does not price by seat, so we assume ticket volumes typical for each team size: 1,500, 4,000 and 10,000 tickets a month, annual billing, with AI handling 500, 1,000 and 2,500 of them. Aftersales Growth is priced on seats plus $0.99 per Agent resolution at the same AI volume.
