Is Zendesk worth the price?
Zendesk is the better pick for large organizations with complex ticket routing, many brands, a big marketplace of apps and established admin teams. Its Support Team plan at $19 is also hard to beat for pure email ticketing.
It gets expensive when you need Suite Professional for reporting and then add Copilot and AI usage on top. If you want to keep Zendesk, Aftersales Agent runs inside it with no seats or migration at $0.99 per resolution with a minimum monthly commitment.
What are cheaper alternatives to Zendesk?
Aftersales combines an AI agent, Copilot, a shared Inbox and Insights.
